Getting Lite...

To those Fellows who have no idea what it means to "get lite." Trust me, after your first few weeks, you will.

Students randomly clapping a hip beat in the hallways. The "Oh!" 's and "Oh snap!" 's you hear from students as they try to "get lite."

If you really want an idea of what kind of fools my kids make of themselves between classes, look up "getting lite" on YouTube.

As silly and obnoxious as it is, it's pretty entertaining to watch some of my students fall flat on their faces trying to jump through the loop they create when they grab their other leg. One of my students did that when he got on a desk, I couldn't stop laughing when he fell on his face.

I know I'm supposed to be the shining example to these kids but sometimes you can't help but laugh at them for their ridiculousness.
