Dear Colleagues,
I testified in Albany today about the Department of Education's budget situation. As you can read in my testimony, we have a budget gap of $1.4 billion for the coming school year. While this is obviously a high number and would have a large impact on all of our operations, I am hoping that a Federal Stimulus Package will come through and help us to fill this gap. I will keep you posted as we learn more.
