Here's a gold mine of java simulations that pertain to physics.
You can graph motion, forces, and use the data to identify patterns and to get students to generate their own generalizations of physics through the data. There are some useless simulations and stuff that are in no way useful in high school classes but it's nice that they offer these simulations as a stand-alone download.
