Bronx Community Health Network

I've been assigned the responsibility of maintaining a blog for a non-profit community health care provider called BCHN, or Bronx Community Health Network.

The links have been added to the sites list on the right. The official website is sort of broken but the prototype website is under construction and will probably be finished by the end of summer.

If you are on facebook, become a fan for updates on events and information on becoming an involved member in the community.

BCHN has an interesting mission and I'd recommend mobilizing community involvement to promote non-profits such as these to help in the public acquire high-quality and low cost health care to the uninsured.

Organizations like this one raise the question as to whether or not it's really necessary to invest trillions of dollars on health care reform (if the biggest complaint is universal coverage)...
