I haven't been able to view ARIS up until now. I know other schools had their data ready but ours wasn't sorted properly or something so I couldn't view my own classes.
It's kind of depressing to see how many days these kids are absent during the year. I have students who have been out 100-146 days from last year.
What's the value of the high school diploma to this community? I would love to ask parents what their child having a diploma means to them. Because if all the piece of paper means is that the kids don't need to go to school anymore, then they really concede their right to complain about not making enough money to support themselves.
