The Smithsonian American Museum of American History has a site for a papier-mache collection of models to illustrate the anatomy of the human body, as well as plants and even anatomy of other animals.
I thought this would be pretty useful if you couldn't find quality images of the parts of plants. They are sectioned off so you can use these images as diagrams to illustrate the parts of the body.
The site has been added under biology as Museum - Artificial Anatomy.
Enjoy and good luck!
