FDA and Food Science

I received a link from the chemistry list serve about material from the FDA. They have supplemental curriculum materials for nutrition by looking more closely at America's food supply.

Though I would be inclined to endorse any curriculum materials, I fear that the FDA and the USDA have been too heavily infiltrated by corporate interests to trust their materials outright.
