EDUware is online, how inconvenient...

I must be like a magnet for issues with online vendors... First Donorschoose, now it's EDUware.

I have avoided using EDUware's Online Test Wizard for the following reasons:
  1. Poor customer service, online and over the phone. Gross incompetence is an understatement.
  2. Inability to access the account in spite of having their sales representatives come to our campus and have them set up for us, twice!
  3. General waste of time and money since I cannot ACCESS the resources online because the first two issues.
  4. The only advice they offer is to continuously re-register online, which doesn't work and we've proven repeatedly that it doesn't work.
If there's one thing I can't stand, it's relying on privatized incompetence that you pay for.

The response from EDUware has been that my account has not been activated, which makes no sense and I have all but given up on using anything of theirs. It actually saves me time to make my own Regents exams than trying to access their online test wizard program.

I understand that there are schools that are probably using this software with wonderful success but if you're considering using this vendor, don't get your hopes up. It's not all that it's cracked up to be.
