NPR has a site that brings all the carbon emission data from each country all into one site. It's a graphic of the globe that color codes the emissions of each country down to the individual person and the population's trends in growth.
It seems like an interesting tool to introduce students to the use of data and the controversial nature of data and the semi-solid arguments that global warming argues. There's even a projection for trends in 2030.
Enjoy.
