There's a site out there that stockpiles material for all the sciences online.
The only issue I have with this site is the level of relevance for my students who have to take a Science Regents, not an AP exam (particularly if you're going to use the molecular workbench software).
I appreciate the advanced material as much as any other teacher, since it gives you an idea of what students should strive to understand. This site is pretty comprehensive and for that reason it's also hit or miss. It's a good start if you're looking for something to cover major topics in the sciences.
I've been poking around and I've found a few interesting things. I thought the evolution simulations were pretty neat.
