The NIH has added a new curriculum map for teaching a course on Bioethics.
I've already ordered my hard copy and downloaded my PDF copy for my ethical dilemmas class.
The NIH has some pretty useful material, but I would suggest ignoring their standards since their middle school curriculum on nutrition seems to work well on high school students. Essentially, get the supplements for all the grades then pick and choose from what you've got.
