WTF, mista!

I have been teaching biotechnology the past couple of weeks so naturally, I show the students Food, Inc. before Thanksgiving.  It's my way of hammering the point home that when innovation goes unchecked for so long, we regress back to the days of the 1920's when The Jungle was published.

I got a few "WTF, mista?" responses to this showing...  As I should.
