After shoveling my car in preparation for more snow tomorrow and treating myself to breakfast at the local diner, I've taken it upon myself to take the day off.
Sadly the Regents will have to wait, though I am not entirely sure how the scheduling of the tests will be affected, I can only hope that the kids who need it will be able to take the tests they need at some point this week.
It would be foolish to keep the original schedule of Regents exams rather than push everything back a day. But then again, I have seen dumber things take place in the largest public bureaucracy in America.
I any case, I made my snow angel on the front lawn. It was nice falling backward from the edge of the porch onto 20 inches of snow...
