As part of a biology listserv, I often get tips on resources available online. Here's one of the messages I received in terms of locating reliable anatomy and physiology resources for classroom use... Hope it helps!

You may be interested in the Archive of Teaching Resources from the American Physiological Society (APS): http://www.apsarchive.org/index.cfm
It has a wealth of resources for teaching anatomy and physiology, and related topics – many for the K-12 classroom. I recommend using the advanced search option to take advantage of the extensive categorization of each resource.
One distinguishing feature of the archive is that all the materials have been reviewed for scientific accuracy as well as for adherence to appropriate ethical standards.
Note that the APS is also accepting external submissions – if you have a terrific resource to share, this is your chance to have it reviewed and posted in an NSF-funded digital library!"
