Our school is participating in Habitat for Humanity this year. So we're taking 15 students and 3 teachers from all grade levels on a road trip to Virginia to help in the effort to curb America's homelessness.
I am watching Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix and the scene where the apartment appears out of nowhere between other apartments comes to mind. If only life were that easy, right?
For a full week (during our spring break), we'll be sleeping on a church floor in sleeping bags and building houses.
